Payment methods

How can I pay?

• Credit or debit card – Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Diners and Discover, through the secure Alpha e-Commerce platform of Alpha Bank. Payment is made online at the end of the checkout.
• Cash – when picking up at our store in central Athens, or on delivery where the option is offered at checkout.

Your card details are entered directly on the bank's secure page and are never stored by us.

Payment security

All card payments are processed through the Alpha e-Commerce electronic payment platform of Alpha Bank, using the TLS 1.2 encryption protocol (128-bit SSL). Encryption encodes the information until it reaches its recipient, who decodes it with the appropriate key.

We also protect your information offline: only employees who need it for their work (for example order processing or customer service) have access to personal data, and the servers that store it are kept in a secure and supervised environment.
