Terms of use and privacy policy
By using the e-kosher.gr website (the "Site") you accept the terms of use and the privacy policy below. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Site. We may update these terms from time to time; continuing to use the Site after an update means you accept the updated terms.
Prices and availability
The prices on the Site are generally the same as in our kosher grocery store in Athens. We do our best to keep prices and availability accurate and to mark or remove items that are out of stock, but differences and changes may occur – for example when the delivery or pick-up date differs from the order date. If the price on the Site and the checkout price differ, the checkout price prevails. If you notice incorrect information on the Site, please let us know.
Promotions and promotional codes are valid only where and when they are offered, and where permitted by law.
Orders, delivery and cancellations
Delivery conditions, delivery times, fees and our cancellation and return policy are described on the delivery page and form part of these terms. In short: you can cancel an order and get a refund up to 3 days before the delivery date; a wrong or damaged item is replaced or refunded after we receive it back.
An order that includes alcoholic drinks is handed over only to a person aged 18 or over, on presentation of an ID.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account details and password confidential, and for every action taken through your account. We reserve the right to refuse service, close an account, remove or edit content and cancel orders at our discretion.
